The relationship between the two directors at Red Pepper evolved over a number of months following Anita's migration North and a chance meeting through a mutual friend. Eleanor's obvious passion for her work and appetite for success sparked a catalist of ideas.

Intially working directly for Carnoustie Golf Course, Eleanor was fortunate enough to be heavily involved with the Dunhill Links - being part of a small but effective team. Being part of that small team, but being responsible for a high profile sporting event enhanced Eleanors ability to be able to plan effectively, and think on her feet when things don't go as planned. Eleanor has been working in the Event Management arena for the last seven years, handling everything from small weddings to major conferences (3000+) throughout the UK and Europe.
In this time Eleanor has worked with TOTAL, Schlumberger, Angus Council, Dundee City Council, BP, Shell, The Law Society of Scotland, Judicial Studies, Crown Office, Astra Zeneca and Pfizer, as well many smaller clients.

Anita comes to Red Pepper with more than three decades of experience in the Exhibition / Organising / Promotions industry. Initially working for the exhibition arm of Earls Court & Olympia in London, Anita nad massive opportunities to organise some of the UK's busiest and most prestigious events including; The Royal Tournament, International Show Jumping, London Fashion week, International Antiques as well some major trade shows like StatIndex. Anita's quest for speed then lead her to Event Manage the UK Motor Cycle Industry - for eight years she tirelessly developed their main shop window to more than 35,000 m2 of trade space, with some 200,000 visitors. After such a thrilling ride, it was only natural that Anita become part of promoting MotoGP to the world, a position that lead her all over the world for 5 years.
Since the birth of her son 6 years ago, Anita has been freelancing for UK motor companies such as BMW GB, Haymarket Exhibitions, Equus Events and Yamaha Motor UK.
